Honey Lime Chicken Wings
Gerritt, Sophia & I did some grocery shopping at PCC late last night & I simply couldn't pass up the yummy-looking free range chicken wings. I immediately thought it would be nice to bake them with honey.
Ingredients:
10-12 chicken wings
1/4 cup of liquid honey
2-3 Tbsp of fresh squeezed lime juice
4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together honey, lime juice, garlic & olive oil.
Coat the chicken wings with liquid mixture & salt to taste.
Bake for 25-30". Broil on high for 3-4" to give the chicken beautiful golden color (take care not to burn). Enjoy!
